DIABETES: A LIFE LONG DISEASE

I was nervous when I read through the internet the skin darkening under and back of the neck. Because I was suffering about this now. I don't know where did I get this and how it was formed because everyday I was taking a bath and do scrubbing. It said that maybe I have diabetes. This is one of the symptoms of diabetes type 2.
The next day I got my FBS (fasting blood sugar) early in the morning to detect if I have diabetes. I was relieved when the Medtech told me that my sugar level was ok. I have a count of 80. Wheew thanks God. But my doctor suggest to check with my OB so that I would also know if I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary syndrome). This skin darkening may also occur if you have PCOS. You can have PCOS if you have an irregular menstruation, which I have.

PHILIPPINES REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BILL

I was a bit disappointed when I was watching tv the other night because the church and the current government was arguing with the RH BILL or the REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BILL.

I want to share this video to you guys. This video was uploaded by on 9 Oct 2010.
The vid shows both sides. The Catholic and the real situation in Manila.
For me, I agree with the RH Bill because of the over population here in the Philippines. The government can't even solve the poverty problem how much more the Church. I am too a Catholic and I believe with karma. But as we looked at today's situation, we are really struggling. There are many street childrens, unemployed people, and squatters.
The government is trying to control the population through this bill.

IT'S SUMMER TIME!

According to Wikipedia, Summer is the warmest of the four temperate seasons, between spring and autumn. At the summer solstice, the days are longest and the nights are shortest, with day-length decreasing as the season progresses after the solstice. The date of the beginning of summer varies according to climate, culture, and tradition, but when it is summer in the southern hemisphere it is winter in the northern hemisphere, and vice versa.
Here in the Philippines we just have two seasons, the DRY and RAINY SEASONS. Dry season refers to summer here in the Philippines, and we Filipinos enjoy the spirit of summer season and most of us go to beach for fun, swim, and bond to our loved ones.
Well, me, as like other girls out there loves to go to the beach!. But I don't to have sunburns. So instead I went to the waterpark.
